Looks like a baby's crib with her wearing baby's clothes at the Vietnam Memorial Wall. I am confused, the image says to me she is a toddler visiting DC in a crib. Can you explain the imagery.

I'm guessing the baby girl in a crib motif is b/c Paris is going to have a new "crib" (for 45 days). I don't get the names in the background.
