You will need to do a bit more blending around the hair, especially on the left side, as there is some debris showing and the edges are quite sharp towards the top of the head. The arms appear to be quite weathered in comparison to the face. I would suggest placing the image against a contrasting background so that your pregnant theme is more prominent.
