This contest is fueled by the following news: According to the Home Office in the U.K., a crackdown has been initiated on "drunken yobs" as well as on "rougue licensees." The campaign will also target under age alcohol sales, cloring problems at bars and nightclubs and using CCTV to spot trouble. Posters that are being utilized warn that a person who gets drunk and disorderly will face an $80 fine. One of the posters actually spells out $80 in vomit. The campaign utilizes shock tactics, including a poster depicting a man urinating a stream of money down the drain. The campaign is designed to run through the year.
