Haha, nice. Refreshing and sports at the same time... good work with the pool - especially the shadows inside are great. Also good work with the splashes of the players. The shadow outside the water needs more work. Instead of a straight line you would have some kind of a zig zag there - it's going up (pool's top edge) and down (ground of the pool). And as I said before in another comment: The sunshade on the right is disturbing and should not be there (it draws off the beholder's attention, call it photographer's experience... ) - in any picture here by the way.
