Relax - loosen the imagination. I think I do glimpse a woman and the beautiful actress buried in the patient. The doctor has his left jaw mis-shaped - did he give himself a employee discount. Alas, beauty do not equal happiness. Good image to show anyone with a fixation on youthful beauty.
