Amazing pic.. Only thing i don't like is the upper part of the wooden leg. It's looking less real than the rest.

Nice Work.. Very comical. I just see a couple very small things. Masking under his wing on the crutch side, and tail feathers. And whatever the background is through the crutch itself is different from bird's background. I see his little vest showing through above the handle, but there is a dark something there which looks like it should be ocean. Very creative..
