My sincerest apologies. I think it was a slight edge to the left of the lower cuff in the full view that threw me, causing me to think that whole hand, and maybe the puppies too, were added. I found the source pic on Google. Aparently reality itself needs some brightness/contrast adjustment . . . but meeting visual expectations is another lecture.
