Apprentice Contests are for those up and coming choppers who need a place to sharpen their teeth and hone their skills while competing with others doing the same thing. We will be doing different types of contests in the Apprentice Contests. Be sure to check your comments for critiques. You can edit your image trying the different suggestions and maybe improve your image. Anyone with less than 5 gold trophies of any type on their desk is welcome to participate.
I cut out the can, copied it, removed the brush and reconstructed the can. After changing the paint color I put my logo on the paint can. I thing it's a cartoon about a couple in a "Paint Exhibit". The detail is lost at this resolution. I did it at 16x12 in. at 600 dpi. The reflection on the black can was left out to show the logo. The relfection of the black lid on the white can was left out as was the reflection of the cans on each other because of time. Theres a close up in my portfolio.
