I think it is a hat. It's a little morbid hat, but whit some spirit of humor it should be accepted. It was a clever ideea. Good pic.

I like the pic overall & I cannot think of anyone better to be sitting in that chair, but as contest rules state: design hats with any unusual shapes, or from any unusual elements. This just looks to me like a regular electric chair & apparatus. Electric Chair Electric Chair By all means tell me if I am wrong & this has been made out of a saucepan or summin LoL I can honestly see where Taita is coming from though he hadda hard time expressing it due to language barriers.
