Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has publicly announced that she's determined to have a nose plastic surgery, or Rhinoplasty to restore her nose damaged by excessive use of cocaine. "It Girl" says she feels "ashamed" but has finally come to this "difficult" decision to have this plastic surgery caused by drug abuse. In the interview to Heat magazine Palmer-Tomkinson said "it hurts" because this is something very personal and something she's very ashamed of, bringing back a history of memories she tried to put behind and get rid of for a while. She's admitted that she's absolutely scared of hospitals, but feels this is a necessary step in her life and she's determined to make it. "I'm all booked in," she added. "I'm an optimist in life and the pictures have given me the final push to do it, so in that way it's good." Tara Palmer-Tomkinson ended the interview with the advice to all celebrities and people who have used cocaine cocaine saying that the nose damaging, effects of cocaine show up only years after, and it's important to get out of addiction as early as possible to prevent the irreversible damage to nose and health.
