Great concept combining E Coli and Anorexic Nicole Richie indeed. However I would strongly recommend you to refrain from overusing capital letters. Just makes it look somewhat shouting and harder to absorb.

The GM is only for Genetically Modified (GM) Foods. I just decided to use the logo.

I think many viewers will be confused by GM logo. I had no clue why it was there too. I'd recommend editing the entry, removing GM logo and putting "genetically modified" if you wish. But it conflicts a bit with "organic".
