Sept. 13, 2005: H3LL FREEZES OVER, PIGS FLY, JESUS RETURNS . . . as President George W. Bush finally takes responsibility for something that went wrong on his watch (this time, the federal government's way-less-than-competent response to the massive destruction on the Gulf Coast by Hurricane Katrina).
