Two corporate credit unions are taken over by government. Feds say such move is needed to stabilize the American credit union system. Combined assets of the two credit unions total to $60 billion.
Russian President Vladimir Putin was identified in the old photo on the Red Square in Moscow disguised as a tourist, standing next to Reagan and Gorbachev. Putin worked in KGB at that time.
