Human Animal Hybrid

In his speech on the 31st, Bush said,

"Tonight I ask you to pass legislation to prohibit the most egregious abuses of medical research...creating human-animal hybrids"

Not only is this comment more than a little bit off the wall, it is also ironic that Bush would be the first to recieve such treatments (as shown above!)
