The Dow Jones Industrial Index had a rocky week on the fears that US economy is sliding into the recession, despite the previous attempts by the Federal Reserve to prevent this. Even Bush's announced $145 billion tax cut did not help the Dow. His dad was more successful with just "read my lips..." speech.
