Pretty composition but 2 things bother me; first, that you cropped off the tip of gull's bill, why., and second, that gull and background are both very sharp, while the sunflowers, in between the two, are blurred.

There is not reason in my opinion to place the bird at le right side and not at the center, that kind distract me (just my opinion), so this would look better as i said, also it need some shadoe or dark foots to be more similar than the sunflowers illumination.

Hmmm... this is a pic of a seagull against a pretty landscape. But why chop it's beak off. Has me a bit confused... reposition - and see how it goes.

I agree with Kib. The bird is the subject. He should be closer to the center. The focus is off too. You could try blur on the background to try to make it look believable. That may help, maybe.
