Dateline, FreakingNewsNetwork, 01/22/05: The newly elected President of the United States, Ralph Nader, challenges Congress to budget $1 trillion dollars (U.S.) in order to subsidise research and development for the ultimate mode of worldwide personal transportation.
His challenge is to produce a vehicle that costs less than $500 (U.S.), runs on human urine or feces, causes zero deaths or injuries due to impacts of 10 mph (miles per hour) or more, and expels a product, from the tailpipe, that provides the recommeded daily allowance of nutrition required by whatever the United Nations feels is needed.
