The shadow is not really convincing. This looks like a normal drop shadow. This way the car is floating above the picture of the beach. And I guess that's not what you intended.

Much better. I think it's still to strong, though. Too black. If you lower the opacity so that you can see some of the sand through it, I think you're getting there
