In the United States, music sales have risen by more than 9% during the first three months of 2004. This signals an end to what has been a four year dip in sales. The industry is viewing this hopefully -- after battling online piracy for some time. For the very first time since 2000, there are two albums than had weekly sales of more than one million copies -- albums by Usher and Norah Jones.
