There seems to me to be a slight masking issue on the bottom left of the hair. Also the hand could use something to reduce the blown highlighting - I realize that it the source that is the culprit, but perhaps some creative tap dancing could darken it up and increase contrast. This applies to the next entry as well. The shadowing of the cap seems a bit too strong on the leftish side of the cap. Having expressed my 'criticisms', I gotta say that pretty green-eyed red heads set my head a-spinning. Big Time.
