funny. One suggestion - the white lettering is the brightest white in the image, brighter than the sun reflecting off the building sides. Just knocking back the white lettering a bit (say from 255 to 245) makes it look a bit less like a photoshop and more like a real billboard.

The billboard is too clean. I would suggest using a bit of blur and/or noise on it. It would make it blend in like the other billboards. If you look at the others, they are a bit blury and almost dirty/faded/smokey.
