Nice image, but the commentary regarding the "phone records" is misleading.

The prosecutor's office I work for have to get a subpoena just to get someones celphone number. Mass gathering phone histories is frightening big-brother tatics no matter what spin you put on it. Unless it is simply a "I've closed my eyes and am towing the party line" statement, I dont see anthying misleading here.
