Wheels look stationary, maybe try copying the spokes and rotating the copies holding the center hub as a base point and rotating the copied spokes slightly. Then play with the opacity of the copy or copies and it should give the look of the wheels captured in motion. Just a thought, Love the concept and execution. Bottom front tire edge nearest the back might need a little burn or masking to remove a slight white edge. Adding it to my favorites now. Here's the area of white (very small)and a quick idea of what the spokes could look like. Top notch mechanical and plumbing work with the rocket components.

Great edit, don't forget the back one too. Should the body of the rocket continue from the nose cone and be visible around the rider's hands and handlebars. As I see it, the rocket runs the entire length of the other side of the bike so it should still be visible. I already have one of these cycles, they're great 'til you hit a pot hole at mach3.
