Excellently done. The shamrock in Mona's hand looks like it belongs to the painting in all regards - texture, color and style. Maybe try the same intergation with flower above shamrockand leprechaun and pot in the background which may need contrast decrease.

when doing a painting the reflection is most important to give attention.specialy the hat it looks it had a hard source of light.(on my own opinion).
