| A promotional tool that has been designed for Tom Cruise's latest movie -- Mission Impossible Three -- has malfunctioned and malfunctioned in a big way. A news rach that contained a musical devise that was to play the theme song from the movie when a door was opened actually was blown up by the bomb squad, the Los Angeles Times has reported. The incident occured following several bomb reports made by people purchasing newspapers. The red, plastic boxes contained wires that were placed in about 4,500 news racks around Los Angeles. The devices had been expected to remain in place through May 7th. The flick hits theaters nationwide on Friday. |
