Actually. It was cutting out all of the brown spots that took forever. The "Filler" is Two Layers of Distorted Original Background layered over eachother, and Soft Brush Erased to merge the two. The Traffic Light is the only single cut and placed Layer. To achieve the "Mirror" look. I made two underlying layers of the Giraffe Skeletal Structure, and Ran Levels all the way to Black on one, and Copied it, and Set the Copy to Inverted. This gave me One underlying Black Layer, and one White. They were shifted up and down a couple of pixels to add shadow and highlight to every opening at the same time. Gaussian Blur and Reduced Opacity Soften the Edges. After you have it set the way you like, Re-Select Transparent Areas of the Giraffe Layer with the Selection Tool, then use that selection to Cut the "Over-Spray" on the Merged Black and White Layers to bring everything back to sharp focus.
