Burn the grass in front, to add depth and color to original picture looks flat. nice edit from original entry.

Check out the color of the grass in the red hobbit, sometimes it's the contrast in our monitors,since I don't know what program you use it's hard to make suggestions. I'm big on contrast but that's just me. The burn tool makes things darker and the colorization tool I use, I set green on lighter shade. Look at all the entries and which one's look better, light or dark.

k, I started over with the original grass, adj. contrast, levels, increased the saturation and added a little high pass for sharpness. Looks better I think and matches the added background image of flowers etc. better. I appreciate your input HoHouse, you helped me make a better image. Thanks,

Now I see clone marks at the boys feet, right and left of cop, color is much better then original. Ain't I picky

clone marks boy's feet. Where. . fixed it by starting over again. Picky, np. I like it. I probably won't if I can't fix it, . Myself, critiques are solid gold and I appreciate your time to evaluate and help me make a better presentation,

oh, I tried to mask the bottom of the shoes with some grass to ground the ppl. they seemed to float. Went back and c&p to blend instead of clone. Maybe better.

Congrads top 10, just keep working on chopping, but don't listen to me, it took me 1100 entries to get to 50% in jury picks.
