There appears to be a face image in the background . Not sure if this is intentional or not. Also, the cloning of the background along the right side is quite noticeable. It probably would have been easier for you to have cropped the main image out and placed it against a blank canvas so that you could apply your own background and then go from there with the addition of the other elements. To hide the horizontal base of the main image, you could slide the text up slightly and cast a shadow so that more emphasis is placed on the text and not the baseline of the image or you could apply a 'Difference Clouds' effect with contrasting colours on another layer and blend it to reveal the main image.
