Her Hollywood stardom continued with roles in The Fabulous Baker Boys, One Fine Day, Dangerous Minds, Batman Returns, I Am Sam, What Lies Beneath, Stardust, Hairspray, and Grease 2.
My personal favorite of Pfeiffer's performances was her role in "Dangerous Liaisons" for which she received BAFTA Award and was nominated for the Academy Awards. Happy 50th birthday, Michelle!

Michelle Pfeiffer was born on April 29, 1958 in Santa Ana, California. She has one older brother and two younger sisters, who are also actors. In 1978, Michelle participated in “Miss California” competition. She has been acting since late 1970s but became popular only in mid 1980s when she acted in very successful films “Ladyhawke” and “The witches of Eastwick”.
Michelle Pfeiffer was twice married to Peter Horton (1981—1988) and then to David .E. Kelley (since 1993). She has an adopted daughter Claudia Rose (born in 1992) and her son John Henry (born in 1994).
