Martha Stewart has been found guilty of conspiracy, obstruction of justice and lying in relation to a stock sales matter. She was found guilty after a trial in federal court in New York City. Her convictions, in theory, could result in Stewart spending up to twenty years behind bars. However, legal experts expect her to be sentenced to a much lighter term. Stewart says that she will appeal her conviction.
