| | People Magazine has pegged Matthew McConaughey as being the sexiest man aline. The screen star is featured on the cover of People's annual issue that hit newsstands on Friday. McConaughey told the magazine that he felt he had arrived. He is the 20th sexiest man selected by the magazine, Mel Gibson first capturing the honor in 1985. People noted that it selected McConaughey in part because of his Southern charm. The actor noted that it wasn't the sexiest part of the title that he liked best. Rather, he favored the alive part used in the designation.
