Krypto. You should check out free trials of Topaz plug-in effects. Denoisers, cleaners..stuff like that. Nice chop. Love how the hill is the back of the man. Colors are great.

What Jeremix said but specifically a filter used here is called Topaz Vivacity and to boost color, hidden likely used Topaz color blast or something similar. And I suspect he/she might have used a flatening filter. Nice composition and overall chop, hidden.
