Venus de Bottle

Using ONLY source image -- Time; a lot. Layers; many (I lost count!)
Liquify & smudge tools, brightness/contrast, plus a minimum of chalk brush (point sample)for Highlights. This was supposed to be a simple hourglass ... did I go overboard???
