This contest is fueled by the following news: For the last time, the U.S. National Anthem rang forth at the Champs-Elysees in honor of American biker Lance Armstrong. At the podium for the last time, against the backdrop of the Arc de Triomphe, the cancer survior and cyclist became the greatest biker in the history of the Tour de France. He slipped into the leader's yellow jersey on Sunday. When he did so, it was the winner's jersey. He won the race for an unprecedented seventh consecutive year in what is considered the world's most grueling race. He held his yellow cap directly over his heart as the U.S. National anthem played on. His twin 3 year old daughters -- Grace and Isabelle -- wore matching yellow dresses for the important event that marked the end of Armstrong's amazing career. He leaves the sport on top. He said his decision to retire was final and that he has no regrets.
