Good start. The clipping path, esp. on the back of the head still needs a bit of work--but it's on the right track

i think your source is so compressed or low resolution so it look very difrerent from the supplied image. Integration is so well. I think u most try with another source from u with more resolition/size

This is more like a total head transplant than a face swap - and would have been better with a higher-resolution source. It seldom works, to take a small image and make it bigger. You might be able to remove some of that granulation with very light use of blur tool, then some background cloning to fix what LunaC mentioned.

I agree with the above. You might want to find a better source. One that is better defined. The color is very washed out on this one too. The earring needs crisper masking too.
