It's a nice big source image to play around with that you have chosen so you should really go to work on it by adding more features which would make him look like a clown. Change the hairstyle, add a red nose, apply some white face paint around the mouth area, etc. Changing the colour of his teeth and beard and applying a few polkadots isn't really pushing your skills to the limit and showing everyone what you are a capable of. Also watch your finished detail as some of green is running onto the collar of his shirt.
