| Microsoft has announced the introduction of a wireless keyboard onto the market. The product is designed for people who want to eliminate clutter in their rooms and workplaces. The keyboard combines a remote control, the keyboard itself and a mouse pointer all in one device. The Microsoft Remote Keyboard for Windows XP Media Center Edition will enable greater interaction with and control of PCs based on the Windows XP Media Center Edition operating system, according to the company in its release of the product. The all-in-one keyboard will permit users to send instant messages, watch movies, view images, and control a TV, as well as other functions, from the solitary device. Microsoft says that what remote controls did for television, Microsoft's three-in-one control center does for the Media Center Edition PCs. With this device in hand, a person can now get rid of all the other remotes, reducing living room clutter according to Matt Barlow, director of marketing for Microsoft Hardware.
