good entry, the banana needs more work, you can see the hard edges

I see your point, gali, though I think your analysis was off. If you actually peel a banana (which I did for this shot, then ate the thing), you'll see that the inside peel edges are very rough, almost serrated looking (though this effect may depend too on the ripeness of the banana). I kinda liked the look because I thought it gave the thing a Georgia O'Keeffe blossoming-flower feel. But perception is everything, and you've got to live up to the viewer's expectations.
