Good job, but I'd make the following changes: 1) dog's mouth is perhaps a bit too dark - can;t see the teeth even. 2) some shadows are needed from the hand and the dog

The teeth didn´t be visible in the original picture either. (Maybe very wrong sentence.) I have problems with shadows, but I`m training.

Great job, but IMO the shadow above the shoulders and hair should be deleted. Also there are some masking issues with the fingers.
