So, it is necessary to begin training from warm-up. As biggest load at jumps falls on feet, it is necessary to make good warm up, prepare very qualitatively joints and ligaments for loads. Warm-up can be unconditioned, special it is necessary to pay special attention to talocrural warm-up . Otherwise pains can become a by-effect of microtraumas in joints and ligaments.
As unpleasant consequences in the form of pains can become a result of incorrectly performed exercises. Therefore I advise to concern very seriously and attentively to each performed exercise.
Direct jump through an obstacle:
It is more complicated variant of a direct jump as it is performed through an obstacle. Complexity varies depending on the height and width of the obstacle.
The optimum performance variant of the given exercise is the several obstacles located with the small interval (90-120 сm) from each other. On the trainings I use automobile tyre covers for this purpose. It is enough accessible equipment which is best for the beginners' trainings thanks to some qualities. Besides tyre covers can be placed with any intervals and to it is possible to raise height of obstacles. And in cases of wrong jump performance when there is possibility to catch on the obstacle, the risk to be traumatised is minimal.
At performance of jumps it is necessary to pay attention to height of a jump and position of feet in the highest point. Knees must be tightened as it is possible above to a breast (it becomes that feet could be extended forward at a landing) and get spreaded in the sides a little, heels must be kept together. Widespread errors: attempt to spead feet, feet carrying through the wrong side and pressing of heels to buttocks that can lead to obstacles catching with knees and to a wrong landing.
