The grey scales don't blend teribly well. Sign doesn't line up with the desk. Have you tried the edit -->transform tool.. It only works if you have a background layer. That way you could rotate the sign precisely. You can also scale things accurately, if you press shift -->ctrl -->alt at the same time as you scale.
