I like the statue. But I don't think your background choice did your image any favors. One of the main difficulties in making a person look like a statue, is making it not look like a texture was slapped on top of them. Having an obviously computer-generated texture as the background is sort of like a magician letting someone watch his trick from behind the curtain. It also looks like it could use a little touching up at the border between the background and the top of her hair and on her right earlobe. If it were mine, I'd edit it and put in a plain background.
