The face and the eye effects are nice and clean but the left cheek blurs out a bit onto the black canvas. Also, some masking debris can be seen along the left side of the face and shoulder area.

That's the way the image was/is c00per. I didn't mask the face. Just added the mime makeup and the text. Part of the original photograph maybe. Anyway, I will go back into PS and have a look at it and see if I can clean it up. Thanks.

Much better with the edit. Shame we can't always trust source pics to be up to FN standards. What is the world coming too

Good job, but I would make the black lines around the eyes a bit softer - as the rest of the face is not as sharp.
