This is a good entry, and I like the way you did it...but the edge of the chin is just a bit too blurry, and it seems to blend right in to her dress. A more crisp line and a touch of shadow would probably have served better. the hair is great, though the line of her hair on the left side of her is again a bit too blurry as well, I'd suggest the same thing as before, a crisper line, and a touch of shadow. Good job though.
