You probably would have found it easier to map the facial features of Bond onto the body of a woman rather than trying to map all the feminine qualities (hair, breasts, etc.) onto your Bond source image. Hair can be one of the most difficult things to work with as you have found out.

So pretty... not. (.) Seriously, though, nice job. The chest tones match the face well. Could use some more variety in highlight/shading to match the lighting condition of the face. And I think making the camisole white would fit in better - but that's just my opinion. As for the hair - try using a smaller brush to smudge with and use a strength somewhere between 90-98% for more realism.
