International Peace Gardens pictures

War at the International Peace Gardens? Well almost... Canadian Peace Garden officials were perplexed and very pissed when their American counterparts decided to have two pieces of artwork by Picasso painted on the 120 ft. Peace Towers. The first was a bouquet of flowers being handed from one person to another, but the real hooplah was sparked by the artist's decision to paint Picasso's fornicating doves on a second pillar. The Canadian's were wild, to say the least!
