Struggling to deal with an invasion of desert locusts, farmers in Cyprus may do well to review what is included at a United Nations website. That website counsels that if you can't fend off the desert locusts and other insects, you might as well eat them. These insects can be roasted, boiled, stir fried and prepared in a number of other different fashions. The locusts have come to Cyprus from Africa.
