Classy, even if gruesome . I don't wish to quibble, Keb, but the batrachian in question is a tree-frog, family hylidae, as distinct from bufonidae (toads) and ranidae (frogs). Only the latter are edible.

you know your frogs. To me it was a common tree frog like the ones in my back yard. I put Indiana Toad because it sounded better than Indiana Frog. Maybe I should have looked up the latin name and put Indiana Ranidae that has a good ring to it.
