Today is April 15th, Tax Day. It is interesting how it comes exactly two weeks after April Fools Day. Maybe we should combine these two dates.
In this contest you are asked to photoshop anything connected to the IRS or income taxes. Examples could be new ways of tax collection, tax tricks, future of US tax system, etc.

| | The Internal Revenue Service also known as the IRS is that government
agency most Americans love to hate, especially during the time of
tax filing every Spring. The IRS is part of the US Department of the
treasury. The agency's main functions constitute collection of taxes and
enforcement of the internal revenue laws. In it's jurisdiction is
pursuing those individuals and companies who try to cheat with
their taxes. IRS is also in charge of issuing revenue rulings and private
letter rulings. Basically a ruling letter from the agency is a
document explaining the position of IRS on a certain tax issue of this
individual. Legally speaking, the IRS is an entity that can not sue and
can not be sued.
As of 2007, the agency is owed over $320 billion in debts from the tax
payers who still did not pay their past taxes.
As of 2006, the IRS started a practice of outsourcing tax collection
from its debtors to a private collection agencies. While most American
taxpayers did not like this new policy, as the old proverb says we
can't get away from death and taxes. |
