Great idea and a skillfull adaptation however too bad about the radiant artifacs. You can sort that out by not enlarging then reducing again or a wipe-down with the smudge or blur tool .5%. I'll hold off voting and give you some time for touch up

Perspective on map matches nicely. Needs some much darker shadowing on the map floor to match the shadow visible on the feet / hands.
